Overview

Provide process modeling services in support of the technology infrastructure modernization program. Must have experience in the creation and building of models for business operation processes. Must be able to translate specified modeling requirements to realizations using Visio and Business Process Model Notation (BPMN) 2.0. Must also be able to document model configuration & model validation, principles of operation, and application guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and design system architectures addressing business processes, system integration and software design to support business and technical requirements
  • Facilitate meetings to align software capabilities with business requirements and collaboratively create architecture content
  • Produce best practice system/solution architecture models, business process models and technical work products that aid in the development of system solutions
  • Manage adherence to defined standards throughout the design, development and implementation processes for the software portfolio including managing exceptions against the portfolio
  • Review new projects and architecture solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the enterprise architecture and meet resource targets

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor Degree + 3 years’ experience in large/complex systems
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • Experience using or ability to quickly learn Visio and BPMN 2.0 standards
    • Ability to communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals and strategies
    • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
    • Excellent teamwork skills, including working with internal and external departments and organizations
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Capability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
