Overview

Work as a technical enterprise architect and systems analyst, assisting with developing business, technical, and functional processes and requirements. Build and maintain specific DoD Architecture Framework 2.0 (DoDAF 2.0) models and views in accordance with DoD Enterprise Architecture (EA) guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain specific models and views in accordance with Enterprise Architecture (EA) guidance
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders
  • Foster excellent working relationships with functionals, business owners, and system owners, and overcome communication challenges and barriers with clients successfully to complete architecture task
  • Assess and adapt operational, system, data, services, and capabilities architecture views to meet program objectives
  • Apply Business Process Modeling Notation 2.0 (BPMN 2.0) and Business Process Modeling (BPM) methodologies to elicit information from stakeholders necessary to document end-to-end business processes for assessable units
  • Apply architectural best practices and sound methodologies to support capabilities analysis and business process reengineering
  • Prepare and deliver planning tools and presentations to communicate architecture practices, project schedules, resource requirements, and program status to clients and teams
  • Knowledge of TRIRIGA is a plus

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • BA or BS degree required
  • Required Knowledge/Experience: 
    • 8+ years of experience with strategic consulting, including the facilitation of information studies and analysis
    • 8+ years of experience with systems analysis and design, requirements engineering, or BPMN
    • 8+ years of experience with enterprise architecture using standard frameworks
    • Experience with presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical material
    • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
    • Experience with Tableau
    • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to strategic planning and portfolio management
  • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
    • Knowledge of TRIRIGA

  • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Program Manager
