Act as a test engineer for a fast-paced environment, working with diverse technologies, leveraging Agile Scrum, Continuous Integration, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Our goal is to automate all testing, as a part of the Test Automation Framework. Testing will include those for functional/system, integration, regression, and performance.


  • Identify Quality standards, goals, and objectives across phases of large multi-application ERP system implementation
  • Develop Test Strategy, Estimates, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Analysis Reports across multiple platforms
  • Align Quality Assurance validation methods to both functional and technical requirements and performance standards
  • Ensure project-related test deliverables adhere to policies and meet requirements
  • Deliver test planning, test documentation, test execution, defects tracking, and test results reporting
  • Escalate risks and issues related to test


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in software quality assurance
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • Agile development methodology experience
    • Knowledge of Business Performance Engineering/Management; integration, migration, transition methodologies
    • Ability to analyze and maintain business technical documentation
    • Able to articulate complex business concepts to technical and non-technical management staff
    • Creative problem solving skills and able to understand system relationships
    • Strong written and verbal communication
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Capability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
    • Strong MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
    • Working knowledge of SQL
    • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools like TFS (preferred), JIRA, or Rally
  • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
    • Experience working with Department of State Customer
