  • Overview

    Serve as a multifunctional Subject Mater Expert (SME) supporting the planning, coordination, and migration of software applications from Lotus-Domino to a .NET platform. Responsible for executing methodologies that achieves broad integration as rapidly as possibly, capitalizing on incremental gains and improvements consistent with “best practice” industry standards in development of business process models and architecture.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide innovative solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations on schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
    • Analyze and successfully address program/project issues related to cost, schedule, performance, scope, and quality
    • Support systems analysis, long and short-range planning for application selection, systems development and maintenance, and production support activities
    • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders and partners to educate, coordinate, and drive strategic relationships
    • Assist with the development of a Program Management strategy that controls scope, offering integrated master scheduling, resource management, quality management, risk management, communication management, and change management
    • Support requirements gathering and process designs, collection of project data to support project reporting and contract deliverable tracking
    • Demonstrate knowledge in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
    • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
    • Perform a wide variety of project execution tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Education
      • Bachelor’s Degree + 6 years’ experience in large/complex systems
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • Knowledge of Business Performance Engineering/Management; integration, migration, transition methodologies
      • Ability to analyze and maintain business technical documentation
      • Able to articulate complex business concepts to technical and non-technical management staff
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Capability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
      • Strong MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
      • Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
    • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
      • Agile development methodology experience

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager
